If you for some reason find that the mattress is not for you, just let us know within the trial period and we will arrange for it to be collected.
Email your return request to [email protected] or give us a call at 800-383-3994 and we will arrange the collection with our collection company, who'll collect the mattress from your bedroom. You don't need to keep your mattress box – as it will be impossible for you to get it back in there unless you’re some sort of super human!
As soon as you mattress has been returned to us we will process your refund.

Your refund will be processed on the original payment method used to place the order, within three days from the notification of the return of your item.
If you used a debit card, you should see the money in your bank account within three working days. This can take a bit longer for credit cards, and you should see the money in your account within seven working days.
Paypal can take up to two working days.
If payment was made using our financing option, the money will typically be refunded within three working days. However, it may take a bit longer.
